Client: Air K Travels, Illinois
Project: Web Marketing Tool
Problem: Air K Travels had a list of clients and potential clients in an Excel spreadsheet. The information on
this spreadsheet contained name, address, age, profession, personal and fax numbers, email addresses, etc.
This information either came from manually entering it or by web searches. Air K Travels had numerous
templates they send via email. These template are designed to appeal to a segment however,there was no
automatic way of knowing if multiple templates were sent to the same person or if a template was ever sent. The
process was time consuming, not reliable, and frustrating.
We recommended: To develop a tool/macro/program that can do all of these functions with simple mouse
clicks:
1. Sort the information from the excel spreadsheet based on categories
2. Extract the information into email/fax format
3. Choose templates that fit the category
4. Send the information and repeat process for other categories by way of automation and jobs schedules.
5. Include a easy way to import contact info from web searches i.e. a predefined query that runs and generates
   customized reports.

Client: Lakeshore Law Group, Illinois
Project: Client Database System
Problem: Client was in need of a Centralized database system that could store all law offices' potential client
information and access their records at any given period of time.
We created: a packaged solution that enabled the end user to:
1. Extract relevant client information by usage of simplistic, user friendly queries against an access database.
2. An extremely graphical web-based interface that incited user's to comprehend the tool rather quickly and with
   much ease.
3. The tool gave users the ability to generate reports based upon certain criterion selected. These reports would
    be ranging from pie charts to bar graphs to tabular depiction of data.
4. Data from tools could be exported to excel and email
5. The ROI for the client was much greater than anticipated as it not only saved them money but permitted them
    to be relatively proactive in their day-to-day operations.

Client: Touch of Elegance, Illinois
Project: Wireless LAN and Point of Sale client-server setup/configuration
We installed: Established a LAN that spanned within the entire store & configured it to be a wireless solution
for all workstations to be used. Relevant firewalls and intrusion systems too were configured on the network to
increase security.
Besides this, we installed/configured a POS client-server solution for the store to utilize for recording daily
transactions. As part of the complete package, we performed minimal training just to get the owners familiar with
the product in its bare minimum deployment.
